Luxury and newly renovated villa in Monte Pego with panoramic seaviews. Is located in a residential complex just 7 km to the beach and 4 km from the supermarkets. Denia city center is 15km away and Pego 8km.
His impressive fachade has an access to the 8mx4m swimming pool. The perfect place to enjoy the sea views and the rice paddies. There is no place you’d rather be.
Once inside you will notice the large livingroom beside the full equiped american kitchen. There you will find everything to make your cooking easier; oven, microwave, double fridge with freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, squeezer and a room where you may find the washmachine and drier.
The kitchen has an access to a terrace where you’ll find the barbacue area. A perfect shade place to enjoy the meals and breakfast.
The bedrooms are in the first floor and are distributed in the following way: Two double bedrooms with his own bathroom and air conditioner and mosquito nets. The main bedroom has also his own bathroom, air conditioner and a small terrace with amazing views.
The fourth bedroom is in front the main entrance. This room has 2 bunk beds for four people. The beds are 90x1.90m , perfect for kids and adults. Next to the room is a small restroom with wc.
The villa has a big parking area for 4-6 vehicles.
The resdential complex Monte Pego offers Restaurants and tennis courts.
This house does not alow pets.
