With a renovation in 2018 ,the beautiful finca has an area of approximately 240m² and has a spacious Naya (front room) with a sofa bed, a dining room/living room with a cosy dining room and a living room with a wood burning cooker, a well equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms (3x2 persons) with air conditioner, and a small bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet and a room with a washing machine and dryer.
Outside the finca:
The Finca is situated on a private plot of approx. 4.000 m² and is at least 150 years old, so the original character has been preserved over the years.
It is surrounded by terraces with various seating options, including an upper terrace with a pergola overlooking the sea and the valley. The patio overlooking the valley offers enough space for 10 people to dine al fresco.
The swimming pool (7m x 4m) in the back garden can be reached via a terrace and has views over the valley.
There is a large private car park for at least 4 cars in front of the finca.
In front of the finca is the Restaurant Pedramala, ideal if you don't want to cook for a night.
From the finca you can make beautiful excursions on foot through the valley or for the sports cyclists.
Water sports are possible on one of the many beaches in the area, the nearest sandy beach, La Fustera, is a 5 minute drive from the finca. The plot is not fenced.
