With 100 m2 of living space, to access the house you have to climb a flight of stairs of about 18 steps. The lower part of the villa is private and is enclosed and uninhabited.
The villa has a terrace with table and chairs for lunch or dinner with lovely views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach, a living room with sofas, a spacious dining room with fireplace, ceiling fan and air conditioning, an open-plan gas kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds side by side (which cannot be separated).
Outside the villa:
With a large plot and garden areas, the villa also has a covered parking space inside the plot, a 9/5 swimming pool with stairs to access inside, a dining area with stone table and benches, barbecue and several hammocks for sunbathing.
