The villa Joana in Benissa has 7 bedrooms and capacity for 16 people. A large capacity villa divided into several independent rooms, ideal for groups of friends or large families who wish to have their own spaces with a certain independence but at the same time spend a few days of relaxation and fun together.


Distribution of the villa:

The villa is original from the year 1920 approximately, restored by areas and well preserved as you can see in the photos, has 300 m2 of housing divided into three completely independent parts. The main part of the house is composed of a central house with a wide hall that welcomes you to the house and gives access to the dining room and the living room that are divided into two rooms and with some beautiful original beams in the ceiling, typical of the area. In the living room we find a fireplace, sofas and TV to rest. An independent kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, a room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds and the third room with a double bed.

In the upper part of the villa and passing through a section of exterior stairs, we find a second independent dwelling with a bathroom with shower, a living room with a very pleasant fireplace and with beautiful views open to the sea and the mountains, a roof with original wooden beams, a kitchen with a space for a table and chairs for lunch or breakfast and a beautiful terrace with magnificent views of the sea, the Peñón de Ifach and all the rural area in which the villa is located. A fourth bedroom with two single beds, a fifth bedroom with two single beds and a flight of stairs leading down to a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a small bath.
On one side of the villa and also connected to the outside, we find an independent studio with a small auxiliary American kitchen open to a small living room with a sofa bed for one person, a very spacious room with a double bed, and between the living room and the double room we find a space with one more single bed (to access the double room you have to go through this space with a single bed but both spaces have doors to give privacy if needed) and a bathroom with shower that serves the whole studio.
The villa has portable fans and free wifi.


Exterior of the villa:

The villa has a large plot and plenty of outside space, with beautiful views open to the sea, inside you can park several vehicles, 7 approx, and has a recently built swimming pool area and sunbeds all with a beautiful landscape. Next to the swimming pool, there is a big closed barbecue which is a perfect space for meetings and celebrations as it is covered and closed and can be used all year round. Inside there is a gas cooker, fridge, microwave and sink, a large barbecue for cooking meat or paella and a large table with benches and chairs to gather all the family or friends in the same space and with a beautiful rustic air.

IMPORTANT:
The town council has a free municipal bus service (BENI BUS) that connects to all the beaches and coves of Benissa. You can consult their timetables and routes in our offices or in the tourist offices of Benissa. :)
It is located 1 km from the "Perles" supermarket, 4 km from the sandy beach of "La Fustera", 5 km from the city of Benissa, 5.8 km from the beach of "La Fossa de Calpe", 6 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 9.5 km from Moraira, 84 km from the airport "Alicante" and it is located in an ideal area for families and rural areas.
