The villa has an approx 220m2 living space divided between 2 floors.

Distances: Just 300 meters from the small creek “ cala Pinets” and only 1 km from sand beach “ playa la Fustera”, supermarket and restaurants. Levante sand beach and promenade at 3 km, Calpe town center 5 km.
