Magnifique maison Avec jolie vu excellent encore mieux que les photos. Très agréable accueil très bien depuis notre arrivée jusqu'aux départ .

Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Benissa Costa (Costa Blanca) for 10 people, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, distributed on two independent floors.
INTERNAL: Large villa with two independent floors connected by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of an entrance hall and access to the covered terrace and the pool area. A bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR has a large living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace and the pool area. A separate fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each with two single beds and air conditioning. A bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bath en suite. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: The villa has a triangular 6x4 pool with metal staircase and outdoor shower. There is a covered built-in barbecue for outdoor meals and an outside toilet. The property is completely closed and has parking for 3 vehicles, one of which is covered.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, close to the beach and all services. It is just 350 m to the nearest beach and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 30 m away and Calpe town center is reached in 6 km.
REMARKS: There is no internet. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
