The villa Granja in Benissa has 7 bedrooms and capacity for 14 people. A rustic and typical Mediterranean style finca with great qualities that will make your holiday really special. DISTRIBUTION:

With 550 m2 of housing, the distribution of the villa is as follows: Through a beautiful main door, handmade by artisan carpenters especially for the villa, we enter the house where we find an entrance hall that distributes the following rooms: on the right, we find the large living room with fireplace, two leather sofas, ceiling fan and a dining area. The whole living room has large windows with access to the beautiful terrace. A nice independent kitchen fully equipped with a table for lunch or dinner and four chairs, and a pantry area. From the kitchen there is access to another covered terrace with a table for several diners and with views of the pool.
Going back to the entrance hall, on the left, we find the stairs that go up to the upper floor and in front of it a small corridor that gives access to a complete bathroom with bathtub, a laundry room, a bedroom with a single bed, bathroom en suite with shower and exit to the terrace. A second double bedroom with dressing room, bathroom en suite with shower and two sinks, ceiling fan and exit to the terrace.
On the upper floor and going up a flight of interior stairs we find the third bedroom, double and with bathroom en suite with shower. A fourth double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower and a fifth bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with shower.

From the terrace that communicates with the kitchen, we arrive at a summer kitchen with a Moorish oven and barbecue that is a real delight to celebrate meetings with family or friends and a beautiful studio with living room, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It is an ideal area to give independence to a part of the family or friends.
Going out to the outside of the villa and bordering the house we will find a complete exterior bathroom with shower that serves the pool area, and in the back of the villa we find the seventh room with two single beds and completely independent from the rest of the house. The house has free wifi.
The whole villa has a beautiful handmade clay floor with underfloor heating for the winter that makes the stay very pleasant in the colder months.

EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA: With a plot of 3,000 m2

The main entrance to the plot has an electric gate that opens to the entrance road to the property, we find two large olive trees and parking area for several cars (10 cars approx), several terraces (Riu Raus or nayas) typical of the area and the private pool of 10x5, with a large area of hammocks to sunbathe and views of the mountains and the sea.

A great villa that guarantees the enjoyment of great families or friends who want to be in a rural environment but with all the comforts.
