With 300 m2, the house is divided into two completely independent parts. On the upper floor there is a double room with two single beds, a complete bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub and air conditioning. A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. A fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a very bright air-conditioned living room, and a terrace with sea views that you can enjoy all year round.

In the lower part of the villa and completely independent and communicated by an outside staircase, there is a living room with air conditioning and a small auxiliary kitchen, a room with a double bed and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower and two more rooms, one with two single beds and a ceiling fan and another with a sofa bed and air conditioning and a complete bathroom with shower. A perfect villa to have all the necessary privacy when you spend a few days relaxing with family or friends. Important note: to access the sofa bed room you must go through the room with the two single beds but they have a door to give complete privacy.

Exterior of the villa: The entrance to the plot has an electric gate, where you can park a large car, and a pedestrian door. Going up a flight of stairs you will reach the ground floor of the villa and following a second flight of stairs you will reach the main floor and the swimming pool area with some beautiful views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.
The villa has several terraces and outdoor tables for dinner or lunch as well as an outdoor shower in the pool area and sunbeds.
