This villa is located in Canuta, an area close to a small, less crowded sandbeach, marina and restaurants. Ideal for those who wants to go without car during their holidays. This villa has a completely enclosed plot of approx. 800 m2, partly with garden and a living space of approx. 100 m2. This villa has WIFI, which has to be paid.

Ground floor: hall and completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven, washing machine and other cookware.

Upper floor: Access by stairs inside the house (16 steps) from the ground floor. Living-dining room with TV/SAT, 1 air conditioner and access to the balcony/solarium from where you can enjoy a beautiful sea views, ideal for having breakfast. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioner, sea views and access to the balcony/solarium. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a small balcony.

External area: terrace with a pool of (8x4,5m) with built-in stairs and shower. Large area for having a sunbath in the sun loungers. You can enjoy your meals outside with a portable barbecue.

A short distance leads you to the sandbeach “Puerto Blanco”, marina and restaurants (0,4 km). To the town centre of Calpe: (1,5 km) and to the next supermarket “Dia” (1,8 km). Closed parking for 1 car and an open parking for 2 cars.

Extras: Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 40€ per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost.
