Stunning villa just 400 m from sandbeach with private pool, situated in Calpe for up 6 people. This renovated villa is located in Puerto blanco area, easy walk to one of the best cozy beaches in Calpe (playa del puerto blanco) where you can find some restaurants, chill out-terrace and marina yard where you can practice diving. This villa has a large pool, for those who love swimming; from the solarium you will enjoy the view to the Mediterranean ocean and the famous rock “Peñon de Ifach”. (Heating throughout the house).
The villa is arranged on one floor with a living space of approx. 130 m² and a flat plot of approx. 700 m², completely enclosed.
Main floor:(access by 3 steps) large living-dining room with modern furniture, sat-tv/tdt and access to the terrace and the pool. Open kitchen completely equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other cookware. 1 large bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin.
Upper floor:(access by staircase outside the house) enjoy the view to the sea and to Peñon de Ifach from the solarium.
Outside area:enjoy the large, kidney-shaped pool of 12x4 m with built-in stairs and shower. 1 room with washing machine, wc and washbasin. You can have a sunbath in the loungers (4) and make barbecues with the portable BBQ. There are 2 open parking places in the exterior of the plot.
Distances:only 400 m to a small sandbeach (playa del puerto blanco) restaurantes and marina. Only 5 minutes by car to the town centre Calpe (2,3 km) and the supermarkets. The largest sandbeach with quality award “bandera azul” (Playa arenal-bol) is situated only 2,8 km from the villa.
Extras:Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
