INTERNAL: The spacious villa is spread over 2 floors separated by external stairs. In the UPPER FLOOR you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV TDT/SAT which gives access to the dining room, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a separate bathroom with shower. The GROUND FLOOR, consists of 2 independent apartments; one of them has an open kitchen which gives access to the dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; the other one, has an open kitchen which gives access to the dining area, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

EXTERNAL: The outdoor area consists of a pool with aproximate size 8x4, equipped with a shower and surrounded by beautiful garden areas. Also, you could prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy outdoors. Parking for 1 car.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet residential area in BENISSA COSTA just 2km from a beautiful rocky cove (CALA BALADRAR). In a radius of 2,5km you will find restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12kg are allowed with an extra cost.
