Nettoyage piscine (a cause des ancien clients nous navons pas pu profiter de la piscine en arrivant)et les exterieurs, terrasse plancha et garde corps exterieur n etait pas fait du tout ( rempli de graisse ). Un placard casser et le lave vaisselle ne marcher plus a la fin du sejour il y a quelque chose a revoir mais nous avons quandmeme passer une bonne semaine malgre c petit soucis

The house is situated in the residential urbanization Maryvilla, only 5 min. by car to the main sand beach of Calpe, the promenade, supermarkets and restaurants. This villa is ideal for groups of friends or family, divided on 2 floors, with 2 kitchens and 2 living-dining rooms.
Main floor:(access by outside stairway,35 steps) Large dining-living room with sofa type Chaise-longue, sat-tv, open fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee brewer and cutlery. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor.1 Large bedroom with 2 single beds.1Bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1Spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and ceiling fan. 1 Large bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin.
First floor:(access by outside stairway) Covered terrace with sea view and access to the open terrace, ideal for enjoying your breakfast with panoramic views. Living- dining room with sat-tv and ceiling fan. Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee brewer, toaster, washing machine and cutlery.1 Spacious bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 Bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.1 Large bedroom with double bed.
Outdoors:you can enjoy one of the various terraces, some of them with pots and plants, a rectangular pool (7 x4)with roman steps. Outdoor shower. Gas barbecue, ideal for your outdoor meals. A short distance lead you to the main sand beach 8 Playa Arenal-bol 3,5 km) Calpe town center and supermarkets ( 3,5 km). 2 covered parking places outside the plot.
Extras:pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost:30€/stay. It´s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost:90€/stay.
