Impressive villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 14 people. Villa built on two floors with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.
INTERIOR: Large rustic villa, it has on the MAIN FLOOR an entrance with a beautiful interior patio with a fountain and plants creating a relaxing atmosphere. Large room divided into two zones, reading area and playground. Dining room with Sat / DTT TV and access to the pool. Fully equipped independent kitchen with gas fires, dishwasher and exit to the pool. Five bedrooms with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and bath, a room with washing machine and two bathrooms with shower. The FIRST FLOOR is accessed by internal stairs there is a very large bedroom with double bed and access to the solarium with partial sea views and bathroom with shower and bathtub en suite. Another very large bedroom with a double bed. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
EXTERIOR: Pool (fenced for children) with dimensions 11x5 of metal ladder and outdoor shower. Covered barbecue. Covered terrace with summer sofas overlooking the pool, Calpe and the countryside. Parking for 5-6 vehicles within the same plot.
LOCATION: A short distance will allow you to access the center of Calpe (0.5 km) as well as the sandy beach (arenal-bol 1.2 km), the supermarket (Mercadona 0.7 km). Bus stop (0.3 km).
NOTE: Free Wi-Fi. Animals not exceeding 12 kg are allowed with supplement.
