INTERNAL: This spacious villa consists of two independent floors connected by external stairs.
The GROUND FLOOR consists of two independent apartments, each consisting of a living-dining room with TV and access to the pool area. A separate kitchen with gas stove. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
The UPPER FLOOR consists of a spacious living room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the covered terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath en suite. Two bedrooms each with two single beds. Finally, there are two bathrooms with bath.
EXTERNAL: Large terrace with a 8x4 pool with roman steps and a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for four vehicles outside the property.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the tranquility and proximity to the sandy beach and all shops. It is just 650 m to the nearest supermarket and 950 m to the sandy beach and the restaurants. Calpe city center is 3 km away.
