This villa is characterised by its location in the middle of the nature reserve on the slopes of the Montgó. Here, the quiet location with views to Deniá on one side and the Montgó on the other side invites you to enjoy carefree living.
The breathtaking view over Deniá, its castle, the harbour and the beautiful beaches as well as the sea can already be admired from the parking space for the car that the property has.
The villa is situated on a large plot of land with palm trees, cactus, oleanders, olive and pistachio trees and can be reached via a few steps. These lead to the main entrance and the large sun terrace with outdoor shower and the 8x4 metre swimming pool. Again, the views are fantastic.
On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, open plan kitchen with dining area and an integrated living room with fireplace.
