The Villa is situated on a slight hillside and has a nice garden of palm trees, bougainvillea, oleanders. It also has a small lawn area next to the 4x10m pool with Roman steps and barbecue.
The house is distributed over 3 floors:
In the central one there is a large living room with TV / SAT, Wifi and Air Conditioning, as well as access to the beautiful terrace with sea views and stairs to go down to the pool. If we continue we can see a small bathroom and the American kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, oven and microwave, also giving access to a small terrace behind the house. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, dressing room and bathroom en suite.
Leaving the central floor and going up to the upper one, we find a toilet and a complete bathroom, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each), as well as access to a terrace with sea views. In the corridor on the upper floor we find an air conditioning facing the 3 rooms.
To finish we go down to the lower floor where there is a room with the washing machine, a large bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a large veranda with a fridge, sink and a toilet.
There is a terrace by the pool, parking for one car on the fenced plot, more cars can be parked in front of the house.
4km to the beach, 3km to the supermarket, 2km to bars / restaurants. Car is needed.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
