Villa Bourjois is a completely detached holiday villa on two floors, located at street level, with a combined living space of 863 m2. The entrance is located on the ground floor, where you will find the very spacious and luxuriously appointed living room, which features a flat-screen satellite TV, a fireplace and a beautiful spacious green-coloured corner sofa. Large sliding glass doors lead you from the living room to the beautifully landscaped outdoor area. In the living room, in an elevated position, you will find a luxurious modern glass dining table where you can enjoy memorable family dinners in style. The very spacious, fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences to complement your self-catering stay. On the ground floor, there is also a gym with pool views, a dressing room and a bathroom for the sporty holidaymaker. On the top floor of this very well-equipped villa you will find the four very spacious and modern bedrooms (three bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a double sofa bed) and three fully fitted modern bathrooms. The contemporary and luxurious interior of the villa is bright and has a warm and atmospheric ambience.

At the front of the villa is the private swimming pool (50 m2), which you can access via the beautifully designed terrace. Villa Bourjois has a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of spaces where you can immerse yourself in luxury and relax while the children enjoy themselves in the swimming pool or on the beautiful green lawn! In the evenings, you can dine al fresco and enjoy meals that you have prepared on the barbecue - or try some typically Spanish tapas. The most spectacular feature is of course the amazing panoramic view of the beautiful, clear waters of the Mediterranean, which you can enjoy from various points in and around the villa. Imagine enjoying a drink or a delicious meal, in the lovely Spanish sun, while gazing out on the endless azure water and hearing the waves lapping against the rocks. The surroundings of your luxury Villa Bourjois

The beautiful seaside resort of Denia is the capital of the Marina Alta area and is named after the Goddess Diana. Denia is an old fishing village located north of Benidorm, and is perhaps one of the most beautiful cities of the entire Costa Blanca. Denia lies at the foot of the imposing Mount El Montgó, "the Elephant", with a height of 753 metres, which is blessed with unique flora and fauna.

The northern part of Denia, Las Marinas, has 20 kilometres of long, pearly-white sandy beaches and the southern part, Las Rotas, consists of 4 kilometres of rugged rocky coast. In addition to the beautiful wide sandy beach, there are plenty of things to do in and around Denia. Denia features picturesque churches, museums, a Roman castle dating back to the 11th/12th century, from which you enjoy beautiful panoramic views across Denia, and a marina from which ferries leave for Ibiza and Formentera. Denia also has a beautiful promenade along the sandy beach, a vibrant nightlife and a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars.

What’s more, places like Benidorm, Calpe, Altea, Alicante, Valencia, Albir, Moraira and Orihuela Costa are all within easy reach and are certainly worth a visit!
