Beautiful villa for 6 people situated on a closed and inaccessible plot of 880 square meters with a kidney-shaped 10m x 4m pool with Roman steps and a covered outdoor kitchen equipped with a small fridge, gas grill, seating and a shower outdoor.
The garden consists of various plants, palm trees, bougainvilleas and some green area.
The spacious house of 220 square meters, consists of two floors. Upon entering the house there is a small conservatory with a desk, from there you enter the spacious and elegantly decorated living-dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace.
The open kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer.
It has a large double room with air conditioning and two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and the other with a bathtub and toilet. Next to it is the small room, with two 90cm beds.
At the back you have a large conservatory with satellite / TV, seating and a bar with a bar, equipped with a separate fridge with freezer, as well as the exit to the conservatory furnished with outdoor kitchen and swimming pool.
The tower room is accessed by the internal staircase in the living room to a second double room with air conditioning, bathroom with toilet and access to the solarium.
