This impressive villa of 250 m², is located in a very quiet area just 1km from the sandy beach of Las Marinas. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Upon entering the plot, we discovered the impressive garden composed of extensive lawn areas, palm trees, and a large swimming pool. Next to it, we can find a fully furnished barbecue area, as well as an outdoor bathroom for added convenience. The accommodation has a large garage, wifi, central heating, fireplace, air conditioning in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. On the ground floor are the living room/dining room, very large and with direct access to the pool, located next to the large kitchen, equipped with everything necessary. Vitroceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, and toaster. At this same height we find a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds of 90cm. On the upper floor is the main en suite bedroom and walk-in closet, as well as a beautiful terrace from which to enjoy some stunning views (it also has TV). In addition, next to this room, we find the fourth bedroom equipped with a single bed. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
