The two story house has a covered parking and a small terrace at the main entrance.
At the ground floor we find the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer. At the same floor is a bathroom with shower, the wash machine and the living room with Sat-TV with an access to a private garden where you can walk through to the swimming pool.
Through the indoor stairs we arrive to the first floor where the two bedrooms are. Also we find a bathroom.
Distance to city centre 2.8km, to the beach 2.5, supermarkets 1.5km and restaurants 400m.
Vehicle required.
Pets not allowed.
Electricity included from June to September. From October to May:
50 kw / week incl. The cost per extra Kw consumed will be € 0.30 per KW.
