This beautiful villa located in the Montgó area (Denia) has 3 bedrooms and its capacity is for 6 people.
The plot is distributed in several heights, thus providing some of the best views of Denia and its bay.
It has a private garden, as well as outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, hammocks, ...) to be able to enjoy it. It also has a barbecue.
The house has internet access (wifi), satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German), central heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. Upon entering we find the living / dining room with fireplace, very spacious and with large windows that allow us to see the excellent views of the city. The open kitchen has a large island and is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, utensils / kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Upon entering the corridor, we arrive at the bedrooms, two of them with two 90cm beds together and a bathroom with shower en suite, and the other with two 90cm beds.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
