Small residential complex formed by 22 two-story houses with a communal swimming pool and a smaller one for children.
The access to the housing is through the furnished garden with terrace. At the entrance we find the living room with Sat-TV and chimney. The American Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer. There is a storage room with the wash machine and an access to the communal garden area.
Through an indoor stairs we arrive at the second floor where the rooms are. Two double rooms with individual beds.
Parking just in front the house.
Distance to the communal swimming pool 70m (in front the complex), to the beach just 1.3km, to the supermarkets 1.5km, restaurants 1.3 and to Denia downtown 2.5km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
