The villa Casa Roja in Moraira has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people. A spacious villa designed for large families in a quiet and very clear environment, with all the comforts.

The villa is divided into two floors connected by the interior. On the main floor there is a living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, an independent and fully equipped kitchen with a very large bar that communicates with the living room. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, en suite bathroom with shower and double washbasin, a second bedroom with three single beds with air conditioning and access to a terrace and a third bedroom with three single beds and air conditioning.
Going down some internal stairs we find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet and washbasin. A complete bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine area and auxiliary kitchen.


Outside the villa:

On the terrace we find a charcoal barbecue, a pool shower and toilet, and a fully equipped and closed summer kitchen with an interior space for dining table and a covered terrace. The pool area is spacious with several areas and sunbeds for sunbathing. A very large pool with steps to sit on, a lower part for children and palm trees make it a very attractive place.

It is situated 800 m from the Ifach golf course, 2 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Pepe la Sal", 2 km from the rocky beach "Playa L Andrago,Moraira", 3 km from the town "Moraira", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa L Ampolla,Moraira", 91 km from Alicante airport and is located in an ideal area for families and surrounded by forest.
