This sunny villa is located in the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf complex, very close to the magnificent sandy beaches. The property is fully fenced and has a lawn area, as well as a private pool and covered parking within the plot. The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people, and also has WiFi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The beautiful garden is fully equipped for use and enjoyment, as there are chairs, outdoor tables, sun loungers, a barbecue and a perfect awning to shelter from the hot summer days. Upon entering the accommodation, we find the open living/dining room, where the only satellite TV (German) in the house is located. Next to the living/dining room is the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, filter coffee maker and toaster. Going back to the living room, we can access a small hallway that distributes the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and the bathroom equipped with a shower and two sinks. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas are not included and will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
