Beautiful villa with large garden with palm trees, oleanders, grass and sea view. The private 8mx5m pool with Roman steps has a maximum depth of 2 meters and a minimum of 1.80m, next to it there is a large covered barbecue with garden furniture.
Once inside the house we find the living-dining room with TV / SAT and internet, there is an exit to a glazed terrace where the dining room is and it has a direct exit to the garden and pool area.
Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer. From the living room you reach the hall where the bedrooms are distributed by 5 steps. The house has two double bedrooms with joined single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a small television room. The three rooms have mosquito nets.
The house has a bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a bathtub.
