This beautiful apartment is located on the third floor in the Punta Romana building, a unique, privileged place, on the seafront. Just 150 meters from the beach in the center of L'Escala and where you can find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
It has a parking space located in Puig sureda street, 1, 6 minutes walk from the apartment (450m).
Just 300 meters away, there are the Empúries beaches and the Sant Marti de Empúries promenade.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, an open kitchen, and the living room with access to a large terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the Bay of Roses. The community has a large pool and garden areas.
