Nice apartment located on the seafront of the beach of Riells, just 35 meters away from the beach. It is an apartment with communal pool and garden, parking space, and beautiful sea view.
Just 35 meters away from the apartment there is the beach and the promenade of Riells. There you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. A short distance from the apartment there is an amusement park for children. It is ideal to walk everywhere and forget about the car.
The apartment has a double bedroom en suite, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious líving-dining room with exit to the magnificent terrace, overlooking the sea and the promenade maritime.
The apartment has a parking space. Also heating for the winter months.
In total in the apartment can sleep 4 people: in a double bed and two individual beds.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (9,90€ per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
