The villa is located in 5 minutes walking from the magnificent Cala Montgo, one of the most appreciated beaches of the Costa Brava, surrounded by the Natural Park of Montgrí, with fine sand, clear waters and shallow. It is a perfect place for lovers of hiking, cycling, diving, water sports and fishing. The area has everything - you choose!
The villa has a private pool 3 x 7 meters overlooking the sea and it`s on two floors. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms (one en suite) and a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own access to the pool. There is a bathroom with shower and one bath. At first floor is a large living - room with open kitchen with large windows that let you enjoy a magnificent view of the bay and the natural park of Montgrí. Also from the same level there is access to a large covered terrace to enjoy even more fantastic views and cookouts. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. On the same floor there is a toilet.
The maximum capacity of the property is 8 persons are charged as follows: the ground floor (one double bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each), first floor (two beds - poufs).
Bed linen is included in the price.
Check in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday please contact the agency. The place of key collection: the agency.
Optional payment services: set of shower towels, pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay, late check in after 8:00 PM.
