Villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, private pool and located a few minutes’ drive from one of the best beach stretches in a suburb of Marbella.

The villa is located in an uphill position though close to the best beach stretch of the Costa del Sol and in a suburb to Marbella and situated on a dead end and quiet road, which is secure for children. The premise is gated.

When entering the villa you find the hall way with guest toilet, the stair case down to the bedrooms. To the right you find a spacious living and fully equipped kitchen.

The living has a corner sofa, TV and dining area.

Taking the staircase down to the bedroom area there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located.
The bedrooms have all double beds. 1 Bathroom has a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, single sink and toilet. From this area you can enter the garden area, which is in 2 different levels. The lowest part of the garden has a swimming pool with 7 sun lounges and a covered pool house with lounge area and dining table.

All bedrooms have wardrobes.

The suburb El Rosario is a family friendly residential area which has basic necessities as restaurants, bakery, café, supermarket, beauty salon, hairdresser, Pay & Play tennis and paddle courts and fitness studio and a playground for children.

Distance to the cozy old Town of Marbella is 5 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants is presented.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. (a minimum of 4 persons). Ask the office.
