The apartment has a large living room with sofas, and dining area. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate w.c The living room leads to the converted terrace which has been fitted with glass curtains, creating a fantastic sitting area for those cooler evenings. The living room also leads to the master bedroom and en-suite facilities, which has its own access to the larger terrace. There is also a smaller terrace off of the living room. There is a large second bathroom; all three bedrooms have singles beds which can form doubles if so required. All bedrooms have a television.
There is a fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with all modern day appliances; beside the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer. Within minutes you can be on the boardwalk which leads to Puerto Banus, via Mistral Beach and on to Marbella, in the other direction you will find the beach at San Pedro, where you can enjoy local hospitality.
The apartment is a short drive to Marbella and Estepona.
Puerto Banus is where you will see some of Europe’s most exclusive and beautiful yachts, also some of the world’s most luxurious cars and fabulous designer boutiques. You can enjoy international cuisine and relax in one of the several fashionable bars. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the costa del sol, cinemas and shopping centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
Just a short walk from the marina is the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach is also only a short walk away.
Marbella city centre is ten minutes by car, there you can enjoy a 15 km long promenade that goes all the way to San Pedro, with many beach restaurants where you can enjoy some great local fish dishes. The Old Town, also in the city centre, is full of history and charm, this part of the city must not be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. It’s also only a few kilometers to Golf Valley. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies, and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
In the other direction you will find Estepona, it’s just a short drive to “The New Golden Mile“ Estepona is renowned for its beaches, which stretch along some 21 km of coastline.
