    This functional ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private terrace and is situated in a unique spot near the harbor of Puerto Banus. You do not at all need a car as all is in walking distance. The urbanization of Jardines del Puerto has great pool areas and lush gardens.

    Large shopping center, high end designer shops, supermarket, restaurants and night life are all in walking distance. The distance to the beach is 100 meters as well the well visited Ocean Club is to reach on foot.

    From the living room there is direct access to the terrace with dining table and few lounge chairs. From your terrace you can walk straight to the large communal gardens with pool areas. Great for kids to tumble around. There are 2 bathrooms one with shower, sink and toilet the other with bathtub/shower combi, sink and toilet.

    The partly covered terrace is situated towards south-west direction.

    This apartment is advertised with 4 sleeps, but there is a possibility of having 2 more guests on the sofabed in the living room at an extra charge.
