This fantastic 4 bedroom villa with great outdoor areas and plot of 1600 m2 has also great views to the Mediterranean Sea and only 1500 meters to the best beach of Marbella area.
This grand villa is located in the suburb El Rosario located 5 km west of Marbella. The area of El Rosario is cosy and a supermarket, some restaurants, hairdresser, bakery and few small shops are within a distance of approximately 500 meters. The Marbella Golf & Country Club is a bit more than 2 km.

Entering the plot through an automatic gate a driving lane gives space for parking of 3 cars.

The villa presents itself beautifully straight forward.

The large garden & pool area is situated north-west and has sun loungers for 8. The outdoor kitchen complements the fantastic outdoor area. There is a dining table for 6 persons and a pick nick table for 6 persons.

The living and kitchen level of the villa is located one level up the stairs. When entering the villa into the hallway you find a guest toilet and straight forward a very spacious living to your right and a dining area for 8 persons to your left.

Passing the dining area the grand kitchen has all you require. An enormous space to create your food while others join for a chat. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the terrace with lounge furniture.

The terrace area on this level of the house - which is partly grass and partly tiles – covers the southern, western and a bit on the northern side of the villa. Sun or shade on demand. Here you also find terrace furniture for dining.

Taking the staircase from the hallway you find the enormous master bedroom with double bed of 1.60 * 2.00, with great views, built in closet and a fantastic bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and wash.

All other bedrooms are located in the ground floor area. Here are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, where 1 bedroom has 2 double beds of 1.50 * 2.00 and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bathroom with bathtub is to be shared.

You can take a walk along the beach to the west and along the beach, you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Bono’s Beach or South Beach with live entertainment throughout summer holidays.

Distance to the cosy old Town of Marbella is 5 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high-end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants is presented.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Prices are based on 10 persons.

Extra bed/sofa bed:

In some houses, it is possible to provide an extra bed. Price Euro 75 per bed including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office for this possibility

Baby cot & high chair:

We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:

If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.
