This beach side villa is a real cosy one and in a few minutes walking from one of the best beach stretches on the Costa del Sol.

This holiday home consist of the main house of 110m2 and a guest department of approx. 17m2. It has facilities for 6 persons.

The property is completely fenced and has a private garage for 1 car and outdoor space for a little car.

When entering the plot you will be excited about the grand outdoor area.

The outdoor area consist of
A pool 8m x 4m. (Debt is 1.60 m – 2.00 ‎m) with a little concrete staircase to enter the pool.
One covered lounge area with barbecue.
One seating for 4 persons
Sunbeds for 6 persons.

Directly to the left of the entrance of the plot there is the cute guest house with 2 single beds 0.90 * 2.00 m. and a functional bathroom with shower, wash and toilet.

The main house has an open environment of kitchen and living/dining. To the right of the entrance of the main house the beautiful large and fully equipped kitchen is situated. In the middle there is a sofa group and to the left a dining table for 6 persons.

From both the kitchen and living there is direct access to the mainly tiled outdoor area.

On the north east side of the villa you find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed 1.60 * 2.00 and en suite bathroom and the other bedroom has 2 single beds of 0.90 * 2.00 m.

From the roof terrace of aprox. 20m there are great views to the Mediterranean sea.

Costabella is one of the communities that have existed for many years. It is a quiet community and fantastic for families. A supermarket, bakery, hairdresser in walking distance. The community ‘next door’ provides a tennis club, fitness club, restaurants, bakery, supermarket. The area has nice beaches with lovely beach restaurants and bars. Costabella is located 10 minutes drive away from Marbella’s centre and 30 minutes from the international airport of Malaga.

Prices are based on 6 persons. 
 
Extra bed/sofa bed:
Possibility for 1 sofa bed(s) in this holiday home. Price Euro 75 including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for one week is Euro 30 and for 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.

Extra cleaning:
If you require a full cleaning during your stay the price is equal to the price mentioned in the advertisement for final cleaning.
