The house offers everything for a fabulous holiday in the sunshine of the Costa del Sol, having four bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a separate visitor’s cloakroom. In keeping with everything in the house the bedding and towels are all of luxury quality. The master bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the garden and has a partial sea view.
The new kitchen is equipped with all modern day appliances and overlooks the large open plan living area, which leads to the large covered terrace and well kept private garden. Visitors will be very comfortable with fine terrace/garden furniture and sun loungers. The garden has access to the large shared pool which also has plenty of sun loungers.
The owners have installed quality furniture throughout and visitors will be very comfortable in the lounge area on the large leather corner style leather those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit The Old Town, which is the city centre, it’s full of history and charm, this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall, the narrow cobbled streets and colorful balconies and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.

The house is located a short distance from the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance away. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the Costa del Sol, cinemas and shopping-centers like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus. The historic towns of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla, Cadiz and Gibraltar can be seen on day trips, although an overnight stay is recommended in Sevilla and Cadiz.

Sierra Nevada is just a two hour drive from Marbella. You can drive there and back in one day. Sierra Nevada normally closes the first weekend in May.
