Quality villa with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, private pool and located a few minutes’ drive from one of the best beach stretches in a suburb of Marbella.
This holiday home is located in an uphill location. Consequently, there are great views from both the villa and the fantastic terrace and pool area towards the south-east.

The villa is located in a suburb to Marbella and situated on a dead end and quiet road, which is secure for children. The premise is gated.

When entering the villa you find the guest toilet to your left and the fully equipped and very spacious kitchen to your right.
The grand living presents itself beautifully with dining table for 6 persons and 2 lounge areas. A flat screen TV set is connected to a satellite with various international channels. Next, to the living there is another lounge area to enjoy the beautiful views to the Mediterranean sea.

Taking the exterior or interior staircase down to the fantastic pool area you find a large area for sunbathing. Here you find 4 sun lounges (+ 1 in the garden area). For outside dining, there is a covered terrace with dining table for 6 persons and your own bar environment, with refrigerator and gas BBQ.

All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms have large build in wardrobes and double beds and are located on the lower 2 levels of the villa.

Two of the bedrooms are located at the same level as the pool area and do have direct access to this area. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with combo bathtub/shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The other bedroom has a bathroom, with sink, toilet and combo bathtub/shower and is just opposite the entrance of the bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom is located at the bottom level of the villa and has a large en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, toilet and sink. Last mentioned bedroom has a little private covered terrace with access to the garden area and also to the upper levels of the property. The garden at its lowest level of the plot is a very private and perfect if you just want to withdraw yourself from it all.

The suburb El Rosario is a family friendly residential area which has basic necessities as restaurants, bakery, café, supermarket, beauty salon, hairdresser, Pay & Play tennis and paddle courts and fitness studio and a playground for children.

Air conditioning: installed in 2 bedrooms. The living room and all the bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The master bedroom located on the lower level of the house is always fresher.

Distance to the cosy old Town of Marbella is 5 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high-end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants is presented.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Prices are based on 6 persons.

Heated Pool: 150 Euros/week between 01 October and 31 may

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. (a minimum of 4 persons). Ask the office.
