Absolute cosy, authentic and spacious villa within 1500 meters to the best beach in the Marbella area, with private pool and a big garden of more than 2000 m2.
This villa is situated in the quiet surrounding of Elviria, a suburb of Marbella.

The house has lots of charm and cosiness not only inside but also outside where the garden presents itself beautifully with various settings in form of dining area, big lounge area and several settings.

The pool has a nonstandard form and is 7.5 long and 6 meters wide. Depth 1.30m to 2.10m.

When entering the plot through a remote controlled gate, you enter the driveway of 60 meters for parking of various cars.

Entering through the antique wooden door the large hall with the dome-shaped ceiling is decorated with a dining table for 6 and gives access to all the different rooms of the house.

To the right, you find 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 1.50 m and a double bed of 1.80 m wide with 1 shared bathroom in between both bedrooms, with shower, wash and toilet. The bedrooms are fitted with built-in closets. From one of the bedrooms, there is access to a terrace with dining area for 4 persons.

Further down to the right you find an inside dining area for 8 persons in connection with the fully equipped kitchen with American refrigerator/freezer incl. ice cube machine. From the kitchen, you have access to one terrace with dining table for 4. (Same access as from the bedroom mentioned before).

From the dining area next to the kitchen the big terrace doors give access to a grand lounge area for at least 10-12 persons, with sunshade for hot summer days.

From the hallway to your left you find 1 bedroom with single bed and office desk with built in closets. Also to the left the large master bedroom presents itself with a double bed of 1.80 m wide with en suite bathroom with shower, large bath tub, wash and toilet. From the master bedroom, you have access directly to the garden area.

The entrance also has a guest toilet.

The living is very spacious and has 2 large sofas and 2 chairs with enough seats for 10 people and situated in front of the fireplace. Passing the living you have again direct access to the beautiful garden area.

This villa has in total 5 bedrooms (9 sleeps). 4 of the bedrooms (7 sleeps) and 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet are situated inside the villa and 1 bedroom is located in a separate guesthouse situated in the basement area. This guesthouse has 1 bed of 1.80 wide a separate little kitchenette with refrigerator and sink and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Air conditioning:
There is one unit in the living and one unit in the master bedroom. The house is quite cold and further air conditioning is not needed. In case it is necessary we can provide portable fans.

BBQ:
A traditional Weber bulb formed barbeque with coal.

TV:
The house has satellite television with Dutch channels, some sports channels and Spanish basic channels

Restaurants:
The restaurants, bars & supermarkets are within a distance of 1 - 1,3 km.

Distance to Marbella city centre is 10 km and to the prestigious harbour of Puerto Banus in 20 km.

Small pets are considered. Please contact us to inform about the race of the dog.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for one week is Euro 30 and for 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.

Extra cleaning:
If you require a full cleaning during your stay the price is equal to the price mentioned in the advertisement for final cleaning.
