The villa has a great view of the sea and a great garden, which contains 250m2 of terrace, big pool, and garden. Inside the villa, the furniture is newly furnished in new luxurious style. You get a feeling of space and you are able to enjoy the view of the sea from most of the rooms in the Villa.

There is a total of 4 bedrooms in the villa; the master bedroom is the entire 1st floor, which contains a big room, huge bathroom with Jacuzzi, walk-in closet and a big terrace with sea view. On the main floor, there is a big spacious living -room, dining room and kitchen, which have access to the terrace.
Also, there are two bedrooms both with individual bathrooms.
In the basement, there’s a wine cellar and an individual space with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

Close to the villa you have the golf course and Estepona City. The beach is a few minutes away by car; the beach contains lots of restaurants and beach clubs, like Puro Beach. About 20 minutes’ drive away, Marbella City, where you can enjoy 15 km long promenade that goes all the way to San Pedro and lots of beachside restaurants. You also have The Old town in Marbella, which is full of history and charm.

Puerto Banus is also accessible as it is only a 17 min drive away and has everything u can think of, plenty of delicious restaurants and nightclubs if you wish to explore the nightlife of Spain. The harbor is known for its great designer shopping opportunities, enormous yachts, and expensive cars
