Entering the property through the main door there is a hall with cloakroom. From this area you enter an amazing space with spectacular views of the sea. This level has large floor to ceiling windows and doors offering an abundance of light and sea breeze. The views are unrivalled.
The dining room is very large and has a long table with seating for 8 guests. There is a TV and DVD here with comfortable seating. The dining room leads out to the large terraces with sun loungers and perfect sea views.
From the dining area there are large glass doors leading to the living area making this feel like one open space. The living area has unspoilt sea views and comfortable seating, a perfect place to relax. A spiral staircase here leads down to the lower level - the lower level can also be accessed externally.

There is ample crockery and cutlery. The kitchen leads off to the garage which clients can use. Here in the garage there is a washing machine and dryer.
There is a large double bedroom on this level with floor to ceiling windows and access to the terraces. This is a spacious en-suite bedroom with shower over bath, double sinks, WC and again, large windows to take advantage of the sea views.
LOWER SECOND LEVEL
Down on the lower second floor there are two bedrooms in a private apartment. The area is accessed from the living room by spiral staircase or externally by stairs. There is a dining area with seating for 8 people. Large windows open to allow a cool sea breeze to enter. There are two large bedrooms both with en-suites with showers.
LOWER THIRD LEVEL
Here on the lower third level accessed by steps there is a lovely double bedroom. This bedroom gives the feeling of seclusion as it is the only bedroom here. There is a separate WC and an en-suite with shower, separate bath, double basins and WC. This is a large bedroom with glass doors leading out to a private sun terrace with sun loungers. This terrace has uninterrupted sea views.
On this level you will also find the swimming pool with sun loungers, pool shower and in a separate area a wonderful barbecue area. The barbecue area has two tables with seating for 8 people each one. There is a charcoal barbecue and a kitchenette with hob and sink. There is also a shower room here too.
LOWER FOURTH LEVEL
The lower fourth level is a spectacular mooring platform. Clients can moor their boat here or simply enjoy the opportunity to direct sea access. There is a small shallow stone inlet which makes access to the water easy. The platform is a perfect place for private sun bathing and swimming. This level has sun loungers and sun shades.
