Is a rustic recently renovated finca with a refined and elegant style and at the same time functional, the private pool is surrounded by a small forest of oak and wild olive trees and has beautiful views to the Castle of Artá. You access the Town in just a few minutes walking.\r\n

The house is distributed in one floor, the cozy living room with chimney has straight access to the terraces and Porch, separate dining room witch is connected to the fully equipped kitchen.\r\n
Three double bedrooms all of them with exit to the exterior and two bathrooms ( one of the en suite).\r\n

Near the pool is the barbecue with a table and benches where you can spend pleasant evenings.\r\n

Close to Arta is one of the most important site of ruins on the island, a megalithic settlement called Ses Paisses, the larges and most important talayotic site on Mallorca\'s Eastern flank.\r\n
