This attractive Villa for 8 people is situated only 5km away from the little village of Binnisalem, well known for its good wines. The house sits in a lovely Mediterranean garden and boasts a 8 x 4m swimming pool. Comfortable sun chairs can be placed around the pool, so that you can enjoy the mallorcan sun. Next to the pool you will find a covered terrace which is completely furnished – an ideal place for al fresco dinners. A brick barbecue offers you the opportunity to prepare tasty dishes.
A few steps lead you to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils. Directly from the kitchen you can reach the dining and living room, with comfortable sofas and a table for 8, where you can have your daily meals. There is a TV as well as a CD and DVD player for your entertainment. The kitchen, living and dining rooms are air conditioned. On the ground floor of the house you will find 2 bedrooms each with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower combination and the other one with a shower. On the first floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bath/shower combination. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
Cafes, Restaurants and shops can be found in Palma, which is a 20 minute drive away from the house. But no need to go so far as the charming town of Binnisalem has all that you would need. Hiking and cycling can be done in the surrounding area and the sandy beaches of Puerto Alcudia are waiting for you to enjoy and have fun. Golf players can practice on the golf course Puntiro, 20 minutes away.



Air conditioning is included and is controlled by a timer (included from 13.00 hours until 16.00 hours) and then (19.00 hours until 6.00 hours).
