Your Villa In Mallorca

Location
The villa Mariluz is located in Es Forti – Cala Egos area, a part of Cala D’Or, only 300m. away from the sandy cove Caló des Pou. The centre of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 500m. away and the stylish Cala D'Or marina with restaurants and cafeterias is 2km. away. Cala D'Or centre that offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops pubs and a bustling night life is approx. 5 minutes drive. In this area there are several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran and Cala D’Or. Here you can practice water sports or take an excursion and discover the pretty south east coast with the glass bottom boat. The charming fishing port of Porto Petro that offers a beautiful quay to take nice evening walks with seafront restaurants and cafeterias is approx. 5 minutes drive.
The villa
Mari Luz is a villa full of natural light simply furnished with a small front Mediterranean garden. From the garden several steps lead us to the front covered terrace and to the entrance of the villa. On this floor we find a bright open living/dining room with access to the front covered terrace and to the kitchen. The kitchen has a small breakfast table and access to a side covered terrace and to the stairs that will bring you down to the pool area. This floor also boasts a double bedroom and three twin bedrooms that share two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and portable fans. An exterior stairs located at the side of the villa bring us up to a studio with a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa a table and a fridge. There is also a small covered terrace with a table and chairs.
Outside
At the front there is a nice covered terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy “al fresco” meals and a small well kept Mediterranean garden with some palm trees and a colourful bougainvillea. At the side there is also a small covered terrace. The original triangular shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (8 x 5 x 1.5 - Depth Min 1.50m. Max 2.00m.) is located at the back of the villa. There is a sun terrace surrounding the pool with an open pool-side shower, sun beds, a brick built barbecue and also a brick built table with chairs; the ideal spot to spend the long summer days. There is also a toilet that holds also the washing machine.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.

For the groups of youngsters, a refundable deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will have to be paid upon arrival.
