This modern accommodation for 8 people is situated in the countryside surrounding Can Picafort. The beautiful sandy beach, as well as numerous shops, restaurants and cafes are within driving distance.
The house offers a spacious living area which is comfortably furnished. Entering the house you will find a light-flooded living and dining area. Large French doors allow direct access to the spacious, covered teak terrace which offers a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside. There are sofas in the living room which invite you to relax in front of the TV and for more entertainment there is a CD and a DVD player. There is a table for 6 people in the living dining room which is open plan. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and practical cooking utensils. There is an electric oven with gas hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. Furthermore there is a kettle and a toaster available. The separate laundry room has a washing machine together with iron and ironing board. All of the bed rooms are located on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with double and the other bedroom with two single beds. From both bedrooms you have direct terrace and pool access. There are two further twin bedrooms here also. There are two bathrooms, one with shower over bath and the other with a shower unit. Outside there is a further shower room. The house has an airconditioning in the living/dining área and another in the corridor in front of the bedrooms.
There is a large patio area and the swimming pool is also 4m x 8m and 1,8m x 1,0 m deep, and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, here you can enjoy a refreshing dip under the Majorcan sun. There is a barbecue, so tasty grilled dishes can be prepared at any time offering perfect al fresco dining.
Your valuables can be deposited in the safe and there is also private parking.
Lively Can Picafort is approx 4 Km from your holiday home which in contrast is in a quiet, relaxing and pleasant area. Alcudia with the pretty old town is just a 15-minute drive away with its historic streets and Roman city walls. The well-kept golf course of Alcanada is 15km away, great for avid golfers. The surrounding countryside of Can Picafort can be explored either on foot or by bicycle.
