Son March is an attractive villa which has been renovated to a high standard.
The private drive takes you into a gated courtyard with ample parking for three or four cars.

Through the large traditional doors you will enter the large high ceilinged living, dining room. This is a wonderful open space with a large dining table with seating for all guests. On from the dining area is a comfortable seating area with TV, DVD, Wifi. This is a light and airy room with air conditioning and large patio doors which open out onto the terrace.
The kitchen follows the open plan theme and is well equipped with all of the essentials which are required Fridge Freezer, Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. There is a door here in the kitchen which also leads out onto the terrace.

There are in total three bedrooms and a mezzanine bedroom at the villa, all bedrooms have air conditioning and the mezzanine benefits from the air conditioning in the living area. The first bedroom has an en suite bathroom and double bed. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed again with en suite bathroom.

There is a large double bed on the mezzanine level, and on the lower floor a W/C with sink.

The exteriors of the house are excellent. This is a stylish airy house with wonderful gardens and pool.
The terrace runs along the side of the property overlooking the pool. Here there is a large dining table and a seating area. There is a BBQ house which is also home to the washing machine.
The pool area is an excellent place to relax with sufficient sun loungers for all guests and a large swimming pool with Roman steps for access. In the corner of the swimming pool, offering an extra touch is a Jacuzzi jet area.
This villa is in a secluded, quiet countryside location with the rolling Mallorcan countryside ahead. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind.
