Large, family-friendly and in a quiet rural location: The farmhouse "Elite Polo Dreams" in the centre of Mallorca offers space and privacy for up to twelve people. It is therefore perfect for travel groups or several families who want to travel together. The house stands on a huge plot without direct neighbours, where you can easily park your rental car. It is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with lawns and fruit trees. Children will love not only the pool with sun terrace and sunbeds, but also the playhouse built especially for them and the various playground equipment. There are also various covered and sunny terrace areas to relax in, nicely landscaped seating areas under mature trees around the house and a well-equipped, large and covered outdoor kitchen where you can enjoy long evenings and delicious food outside in warm temperatures.
This air-conditioned farmhouse with central heating is also a real Mallor-ca dream from the inside: it is particularly spacious, impresses with many wood and stone details and thanks to the many windows, it is nice and bright in almost all rooms. The interior style is very tasteful, classically elegant and invitingly cosy. On the ground floor are the living and dining room, framed by rustic natural stone walls and with various seating areas, TV, games table and large fireplace. In the kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances, there is also a table and chairs for communal meals. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. They are all lovingly and individually furnished and have comfortable beds and wardrobes for your holiday wardrobe. A Jacuzzi and a sauna as well as several stylish bathrooms, one of which is en suite, complete the living comfort.
In order to keep this beautiful property always in top condition, gardeners and caretakers strive almost daily for several hours as discreetly as possible.
