This is a very charming property with lots of character. Set in the beautiful El Vila area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa this traditional house is ideal for those wanting a relaxing break in quiet surroundings close to the beach.
Ideally suiting two or three people this property boasts a large swimming pool within well kept gardens. There is also a terrace which runs along the front of the property with dining table and chairs. The ground floor is available to guests with the second floor closed. The furnishings are traditional yet comfortable and in keeping with this property. There is one double bedroom (air conditioned) and one single bedroom. It is possible to request an extra bed to be set up in the living area, for a 4th person if necessary. The living room and dining room are open plan with TV, DVD, air conditioning and WiFi connection available. The kitchen has antique tiling and although small it has all the equipment that you require, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There is also a small breakfast table. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and WC.
This is a perfect villa for couples or a small family to enjoy a relaxing break in Pollensa surrounded by beautiful gardens while relaxing by the pool.
