This little but charming villa is placed in a rural zone close to the road that links Pollensa and Sa Pobla, and it is reached through a narrow path that also drives to other properties of this area. The villa is just 2 kms away from the old town of Pollença, and only 500 metres away from Pollensa's Golf course. The villa is surrounded by fruit trees, vegetables, a small chicken run, and the always impressive views that offers the Puig de Maria, and that can be enjoyed from the swimmig pool. As a matter of fact the swimming pool is certainly original, being narrow and long, and with the name of the villa written in the bottom, on the tiles.
