This is a delightful private family owned property located between Pollenca old town and Puerto Pollenca in the much sort after area of La Font. The resort centre and beach are just a short drive. Other beaches that are close by include Cala San Vicente with its small coves, great sand and azure blue sea. This charming stone clad farmhouse affords an ideal family holiday home. Accommodation "Sergi" is a charming two storey property built in local Mallorquin stone and set within mature gardens. Entrance through the main door takes you into the spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The sloped beamed ceilings combined with interior stonewalling lend character to the property and create an appealing accommodation. The lounge area has a feature fireplace and comfy seating, Wifi internet connection, Satellite TV, Playstation 2 and DVD. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs. To the left of the entrance and lounge area is the fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, eye level fitted cupboards and dishwasher. There is a separate utility area outside housing the washing machine. To the rear of the lounge area a stone archway leads through to a small hallway and to the two attractive twin bedrooms which both have fitted wardobes. and share a full bath/shower room with walk in shower. The staircase leads us up to the double bedroom and mezzanine floor area with comfy seating, T.V. and PlayStation 2 which makes an ideal spot for reading or taking a Spanish siesta out of the midday sun. The master bedroom has wooden floors a decorative fireplace, a separate walk in dressing area and en suite full bathroom and shower. Hairdryers in bathrooms.. Complimentary air conditioning in all bedrooms for 10 hours per day on a timer. Surroundings Set in well maintained gardens and mature trees surrounding the crystal clear swimming pool with Roman steps. Reclining sun-loungers adorn the pool area.
