Villa La Rafal is set within the tranquil countryside of Pollensa with impressive views to the Puig de Maria mountain in the distance. Fully reformed to a high standard this spacious house is a perfect place to relax.
From the welcoming porched entrance and through the hall you arrive to the living-dining room. This room is light and airy and has a seating area with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large elegant table with seating for 7 people.
The separate kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary items such as oven, hob, double sink, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
A staircase leads up to the landing area and bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a single bed. 1 of the double bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower. All these upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. On this level there is also a full separate bathroom. There is a double bedroom downstairs, this does NOT have air conditioning. There is a complete bathroom.
In total the house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms.
Outside there is a large grassed area with a good sized swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers, pool towels are also included.There is a BBQ and covered terrace which has a long table with seating which is ideal for enjoying al fresco dining.
