Can Piquero is a colonial classic style mansion dating from the 19th century situated in Port de Pollensa. It has wooden shutters, high ceilings with wooden beams, glass rosettes, beautiful coloured floor tiles, and many other details. However, the main bonus of this property is its location: right in Puerto Pollensa, on walking distance to all its restaurants and amenities, and the beach just in front of it (you only have to cross the main road in order to be there – it is impossible to have it closer!). So, villa Piquero has spectacular views of the bay on one side, but on the other side there is the natural park of La Gola, with a large variety of bird species. The only part of the house that is for rent is the ground floor. The top flat is where the owners live and is accessed via an external separate staircase.
The house comprises two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and a lounge with double sofa bed. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large dining table with chairs. A door from here leads to a modern and large fitted kitchen which has access to the rear terrace. The kitchen is modern and totally equipped and has also a dining table with chairs. From the terrace next to the kitchen there are some steps giving access to the barbecue area and garden. There is a private entrance through the back and parking space for two cars.
The back garden and terraces are bonus, here you can relax and listen to the birds singing or simply enjoy the many beautiful sunsets on the terrace facing the sea or the park. There is a quite small, raised pool here in the garden.
In general the house is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a wonderful accommodation in a superb location.
