This pretty rural country house is situated between Muro and Sa Pobla. The owners have maintained the original style of the house with its exposed stone walls, wooden beams, tiled floors and traditional furniture.
The property offers a large living-dining room with TV, DVD and comfortable furniture. The traditional kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob and all of the utensils required. On this floor you will find one double bedroom without air conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower on this level also.
On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning. There are two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom. There is also a shared family bathroom. The bedrooms have exposed stone walls helping to keep the villa cool on those hot summer days.
Outside, the villa has a large parking area to the side of the property and you will notice immediately the peace and tranquillity. The villa has a large covered dining terrace with dining set and relaxing sofas. The terrace overlooks the well maintained gardens and lawns which surround the swimming pool and the sun loungers. The large free standing barbecue is ideal for al fresco dining.
Can Pou is the perfect place to relax in the countryside whilst only being twenty minutes away from the sandy beaches of the “Playas de Muro”. The town of Can Picafort is also close by where you will find further beaches along with a large selection of bars, shops and restaurants.
